Superiorplay.Com is committed to providing fast, efficient service. If you need to return an item, Superior Play Systems® will refund you the total product cost as long as the items are returned within 30 days from the shipping date and not opened, are defective due to manufacturing, or were incorrectly shipped.

We reserve the right to substitute an item for another item of equal or greater value in certain situations. You will be contacted for approval.

Refund Information: Orders returned may not receive shipping reimbursements and can be charged the actual shipping and restock costs to and from our warehouse. If a returned item were shipped free of charge item from us, the refund for the product would be less the shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee.

Please call in to receive an authorization number and the correct Superior Play Systems® warehouse address to send the return. Please allow time for shipping, inspection, and up to five additional business days to process your refund. Superior Play Systems® cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments/parts or damage/lost parts not noted before you physically ship the product back to us.

All requests for shipping charge reimbursements due to missed appointments by freight companies or concealed damage due to freight negligence must be directed to the individual freight company – not Superiorplay.com.
