Outstanding service over phone and with installation. 5 stars + on those aspects. Some concern about the stain holding up as it’s starting to flake after 6 weeks and the wood is showing some splitting in a few places. The overall quality is very good, though, and our son loves it! Overall, these are well-built play sets.
