Shipping & Handling

• Order Processing: Orders placed before our daily cutoff time of 1:00 PM EST will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
• Handling Time: Once your order is processed, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to prepare and package your items for shipment. We work to fulfill all orders Monday through Friday.
• Transit Time: After your order has been prepared, it will be handed off to our carrier for delivery. Standard transit time for most locations is typically 3-5 business days.
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: The total estimated delivery time is the sum of our handling and transit times. Your order should arrive within 4-7 business days from the time you place your order. Please note that these estimates may be adjusted for public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the specific items in your cart.

• Standard Shipping: For most items, shipping costs are applied on a per-item basis. This means if you purchase multiple items, the shipping cost will be calculated for each one.
• Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $1,000. This offer is automatically applied to your cart at checkout. Please note that certain oversized or specialized products, such as playsets, hoops, and slides, may be exempt from this offer. Any products that are excluded from the free shipping promotion will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

How to Calculate Shipping

You can get an estimate of your shipping costs directly from your cart page before you proceed to checkout. Simply add your desired items to the cart and the shipping calculator will provide you with the total.

Important Notes

• Playset & Large Item Delivery: Due to their size, our larger products like playsets, hoops, and slides have specific shipping costs that are not eligible for the free shipping promotion. These costs are clearly listed on the product page and at checkout.
