Purchased a playset summer of 2023 that we loved and fit perfectly for our family's needs. Unfortunately it suffered some damage over the fall within our first few months owning. I reached out to the warranty department whom went above and beyond to fix our problems. i couldn't be happier! just had this model installed and it is FANTASTIC. myself, wife and kids shopped all over and there is no doubt we saved over $1200.00 compared to lesser quality model at rainbow swing sets. (gave us some bs song and dance trying to explain why they were 30% more expensive) Superior play systems is SUPERIOR!
